My Life By a Snapshot

Hey there, I writing this to you from the dining hall at His Hill Bible School. That's right! I have officially arrived at Bible school and I've bee here since Wednesday. A lot has happened since then and my brain has been flooded with so many new things. Noah drove me the hour and a half from his house on Wednesday just after lunch. Driving up to the school I was really nervous. We arrived here early that afternoon. I was the second one in my dorm room to arrive. I think we have the best dorm room! We are in 1st Kings. It's the newest dorm building. We have five people in our room. There is Miranda who is a second-year student, Evie, Ellie, Brooklyn and myself. We have three bunk beds in the main room with a table, two dressers, a few chairs, a couch, a counter with a sink and a mini-fridge. Off of the main room, we have a closet with two more dressers and plenty of hanging space for the five of us. Off the main room is also the bathroom. It has two sinks and cubies...

Hey there, So, I've officially moved to Texas! I landed here in Austin late on the 31st of August. I will be staying with Noah's family until I move into the dorm at His Hill on the 11th of September. Leaving Canada was really hard but being here is also really nice. It felt like the whole week leading up to leaving was just one great big goodbye. That was really hard honestly. It was so drawn out and I was close to tears a few times. But, I haven't actually cried yet. However, leaving made me once again realise just how lucky and blessed I was to be where I was and have what I had. God gave me a wonderful workplace that gave me some fantastic experience and some wonderful friends. I learned so much there. He also blessed me with an absolutely one of a kind, amazing church. The teaching was challenging, brutally honest and purely Biblical. Every Sunday left me feeling satisfied and fulfilled yet challenged and questioning in the best way possible. The people there inc...
